The success of our foundation’s Neurodiversity in the Workplace study program
06.12.2022

As 2022 comes to an end, we are delighted to celebrate the success of our foundation’s Neurodiversity in the Workplace study program, launched at Warsaw’s SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities on October 15th of this year.

Just two months into the first semester, we already have great news to share! Not only are we confirmed to continue at SWPS Warsaw next year, but we will also be launching a second faculty at SWPS University’s Kraków campus. We are also in dialogue with foreign universities interested in collaborating with our foundation or launching their own programs aimed at promoting inclusivity in recruitment and management among today’s employers.

In the attached presentation you can read all about our ongoing Neurodiversity in the Workplace study program. From our institution’s mission to highlights from the inauguration ceremony to our goals for the program, we’re delighted to invite you behind the scenes of this new and exciting academic initiative:

We’re also grateful to the amazing guests and faculty members who participated in the inauguration. Among them were Hiren Shukla, founder and leader of Global Neuro-Diverse Centers of Excellence at EY; Nancy Doyle, PhD, co-director of the Centre for Neurodiversity at Work at London’s Birkbeck School of Business; Steve Silberman, author of the New York Times bestseller “NeuroTribes: The Legacy of Autism and the Future of Neurodiversity”; Maja Meissner, owner of Meissner & Partners Executive Search and Organizational Development; Ewa Woydyłło-Osiatyńska, PhD, psychologist, psychotherapist and author; Zuzanna Smoleńska, SWPS director of continuing studies; and our host Grzegorz Nawrocki, American studies scholar and journalist.

Stay tuned for more updates on our study program and our foundation’s other initiatives. And support us if you can, because we’re doing all of this thanks to all of you!
